As soon as your order gets processed our system will send over a confirmation email. One your order has been shipped our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access the tracking information.

If your order has been processed or shipped we are unable to change the address on your order.
All of our pieces are made to order as we are constantly are designing new pieces. After your purchase you should expect your items within 2-4 Weeks. Due to Covid-19 and the impending Delta outbreak packages may be delayed by 1-2 weeks.
Due to the recent issues that have arrived from the Covid-19 outbreak, we are doing our best to abide by all health rules and navigate how to best run our business to best serve you (our customers) and to keep us safe. We appreciate your purchase and are sorry to learn you need to cancel your order. We are able to cancel your order up to 3 hours after your order has been placed. Once your order is submitted, processing begins almost immediately. Please contact us at Support@310drip.com if you'd like to cancel your order. If 3 hours have passed, you may wait for your order to arrive then return it please contact customer support if you wish to return your order. We will receive the return and process a refund within 14 business days.
Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in a designated storage box. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products.
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or vermeil jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.
We ship directly to all customers across the globe. We use Global Domestic Shipping to ship our packages. Estimated Delivery for all orders is (2-4) Weeks.
Because the majority of our pieces are made to order, so we are able to speed up shipping times we sometimes ship packages separately, do not worry your other pieces will be arriving (most likely soon after.)
